Westley (all 26.5 lbs of him) is comfortably plopped in my lap as I write this. He's on house arrest after having sprained his iliopsoas when he splayed out in a culvert a while ago. The good news is that the hip dysplasia I was worrying about (since he was crying on hip extension and back palpation) does not appear to be a problem at this point in time, and hopefully it will stay that way!
Now if only I could explain to him why he's not allowed out on walks for the next two weeks....poor pup!
